Our signature Energize classes are the beating heart of Bsweat philosophy around fitness. The goal is simple: to get you fit and energized for life, prioritising Longevity. Energize achieves that with a unique mix of functional fitness strength, metabolic conditioning, and mobility exercises. 

With Energize, you will move better, faster, and stronger. 

Volumize

Volumize is our functional strength and bodybuilding program designed to make you swoll!

Hyrox

THE WORLD SERIES OF FITNESS RACING!

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

Our class format will be to complement the Energize program and work on our Engines for longer conditioning pieces 1x Per week.

What movements to expect in your Hyrox class:

  • Ski Erg

  • Row Erg

  • Running

  • Lunges

  • Wallballs

  • Burpee Variations

  • KB Farmers Carry

  • Lower Body Push and Pull Work

Over 60’s Program

Ran at a slower pace than Energize, our Over 50 class is designed to assist you in building strength and maintaining the fitness levels to live a long, active and fulfilling life.

Personal Training

Our Personal Training offer is designed for members who want a bespoke experience and build confidence. You will work directly with one of our experienced coaches and follow the training plan personally designed to meet your individual goals and needs.

It is the fastest way to transform your life, body, and mindset around fitness. It can be a great kickstart in your fitness lifestyle with complete accountability, motivation, and guidance.
